Diana Wamsteeker MSW RSW
Clinic Director + Therapist
Diana Wamsteeker is a seasoned mental health specialist with over 20 years of clinical experience, known for her down-to-earth, direct, and compassionate approach. She works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life stress, and major transitions. Diana brings a trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens to all her work, creating a safe, supportive space for clients to grow and thrive.
In addition to her clinical practice, Diana provides mental health workshops for organizations and offers clinical mentorship to fellow professionals. She is a Registered Social Worker in Alberta and licensed to practice virtually in Ontario, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Nunavut, and Newfoundland & Labrador.
When she’s not in session, Diana can usually be found outside with her husband and their three energetic sons, enjoying the beauty of nature together.
